About this collection

When you step into a Warrior session, you won't find people staring at mirrors or comparing their progress. Whether you are at a workshop at Copper + Cloves or a weekly class at My Third Space, the focus is entirely on your energy and how you feel, not the numbers on a tracker. We leave the ego at the door, put on some great music, and just move.

Why We Move Together

Fitness can feel intimidating, but it doesn't have to be. My group sessions are built on the idea that movement should be a release, not a chore. We aren't just working out; we are building a supportive squad. When we ride bikes to the beat or flow through a HIIT-infused yoga session, the collective energy keeps you going long after your muscles start to burn.

What You Can Expect

  • Warrior Rhythm: This is my signature mix. We combine yoga flows, HIIT, and dumbbell strength training set to playlists that hit. It is dynamic, intense, and meant to make you sweat while having a blast.
  • Warrior Strength: If you want to build real-world strength, this is it. We spend the first half getting the heart rate up and the second half focusing on functional weight training.
  • Inclusive Environment: Whether you are a fitness pro or just starting out, there is a space for you here. My classes are low-pressure, beginner-friendly zones where you decide your intensity.

We rotate through some of the best studio spaces in the city, including My Third Space in Indiranagar, Chakra Athletica in Victoria Layout, the Studio by Copper + Cloves in Domlur, and Centre for KALA on Cunningham Road. These venues provide the perfect backdrop for us to disconnect from the daily grind and reconnect with ourselves.
