I don't just dump a workout plan on you and leave. My coaching involves daily check-ins to monitor your form through asynchronous video analysis. Whether you are training in your home gym or a commercial facility, we review your squats and snatches together to fix bracing, bar path, and technique issues before they become bad habits.

Whether you are picking up a barbell for the first time or looking to break a state-level deadlift record, my method remains the same: consistency and technique. I don't offer magic pills. I offer programming that works around your life, using the equipment you actually have.

The Coaching Approach

I break down complex movements like the snatch and clean and jerk into actionable drills. For powerlifting, we strip away the noise and focus on raw, functional strength through high-bar ATG squats, paused bench reps, and deadlift variations. Every client gets access to tracking via Google Sheets or Fittr, ensuring we are hitting your numbers consistently.

Video Analysis & Form Correction

You record your sets, and I break them down. This is crucial. If your knees are caving in during a squat or your grip is off during a pull, you will know exactly why. I provide feedback on bracing, bar path, and weight distribution. We treat every session like a practice session, not just a workout.

In-Person vs. Online

If you are based in Indirapuram or Noida, we can do 1-on-1 technique sessions at ZeroDope. We focus on real-time cueing and spotting. For my online clients, we operate on trust and strict data logging. You put in the work, I refine the process.

The Philosophy
