I review your training videos asynchronously—checking your bar path, bracing, and depth for every single lift—to make sure you are moving safely and effectively before you add more weight.

- For Online Clients: You get a periodized strength cycle tailored to the equipment you have, whether that’s a fully stocked gym or a basic home setup. We focus on macro-based nutrition using standard Indian home ingredients—no imported supplements required. Most importantly, I provide regular form analysis for your lifts, ensuring you aren't just moving weight, but moving it correctly.
- For In-Person Clients: If you’re in the Indirapuram or Noida area, we train at ZeroDope. These sessions are about real-time correction. We break down complex movements like the Snatch or Clean & Jerk into drills. I’ll be right there to spot your heavy sets, help you hit new PRs, and make sure your biomechanics are on point.
My Philosophy
