Day 1 of the 15-day weight loss challenge. This is where it all begins, with the first weigh-in and a commitment to change. The workout includes a mix of barbell exercises and weighted movements to fire up the metabolism.
Day 2, and the hard work continues. The session includes cardio on the treadmill to burn calories and shoulder exercises like seated dumbbell raises to build lean muscle. Every day is a step forward.
Day 3 shows a high-energy aerobics session using step platforms, combined with floor exercises like glute bridges. We keep the workouts varied and fun to ensure you stay motivated. The scale already shows a 2.3kg drop.
Day 4 is all about strengthening the core. This workout features various floor exercises and planks to build abdominal strength, which is crucial for overall fitness. The progress on the scale is a great motivator.
Day 5 of the challenge. This session combines strength work like barbell sumo squats with cardio movements like incline mountain climbers to maximize fat burn. The numbers on the scale keep dropping.
Day 6, and we are using different equipment to keep things interesting. This workout includes stair climbing for cardio, dumbbell shoulder presses, and TRX suspension training for a full-body workout.
Day 8 progress check. This collage shows visible changes in the physique, along with a screenshot of the daily activity tracker. We track everything from steps to calories to ensure you are on the right path.
Day 10. This video highlights that results are made in the kitchen too. A healthy meal with paneer and salad is shown, followed by a strength session focusing on back exercises like the lat pulldown.
Day 11, focusing on the principle "Weight kam nahi, fat kam". The workout includes core stability exercises on a BOSU ball to challenge the muscles in new ways. The mirror selfie shows a leaner, more toned physique.
Day 12 and nearing the end of the challenge. The results are significant, with a total loss of almost 15 kgs from the starting point. The workout continues with floor exercises to maintain consistency.
