We designed our 21-day fitness challenges to bridge the gap between 'I want to' and 'I did.' Many fitness apps give you a video and leave you to figure it out; we give you a community and a timeline.
What the 21 Days Look Like: It’s a mix of habit building and high-energy activity. You get specific daily tasks—not just workout clips, but actionable goals like tracking your steps or following a simple nutrition cheat sheet. Because the program is online, you don't need fancy gym equipment. Most participants get through with just a mat, a water bottle, and a bit of willpower.
