Raw Strength: Powerlifting & Heavy Lifts Coaching
Real strength is not built on machines. It is built in the Pain Zone with heavy iron, grit, and 15 years of hard-earned experience.
A heavy squat session. This is where mental toughness is built. You don't need anyone's help when you have this kind of strength.
Deadlifts are the foundation of raw power. Here, I'm preparing to lift heavy, focusing on the setup and mental preparation required for a successful pull.
The aftermath of a brutal squat session. We push until there's nothing left in the tank. This is what it takes to prepare for something big.
This is a T-bar row, a fundamental exercise for building a thick, powerful back. Every rep is performed with controlled intensity to maximize muscle engagement.
Guess the weight. This is a heavy deadlift, a true test of full-body strength. We don't just lift, we dominate the weight.
The question is not if you can lift it, but if you have the guts to try. A heavy squat attempt where honor is on the line.
Lifting a heavy plate, a simple but effective way to build functional strength. We use every tool available to get stronger.
A heavy squat session in the rack. This is where you face your fears and come out stronger. Every rep is a battle won.
I always come back stronger. A heavy deadlift session, proving that setbacks are just setups for a comeback.
Heavy dumbbell lunges. This exercise builds leg strength, stability, and the mental grit required for competition.
About Raw Strength: Powerlifting & Heavy Lifts
Forget shiny machines and fancy mirrors. At MJ Fitness Club, we focus on the big three: Squat, Bench, and Deadlift. My floor is built for people who want to move serious iron, not take selfies. You will be in a rack or under a bar every single session because that is the only way to build a foundation that does not crack when the weight gets heavy.
This is not your standard fitness center. I call it the Pain Zone for a reason. You come here to break limits, not to chat. My 15-year journey from scratch has taught me that the only thing that moves the needle is consistency with heavy compound movements. Whether you are prepping for a powerlifting meet or just want to gain raw functional strength, the approach is the same.
We prioritize form over ego—but I expect you to have the guts to push for that next rep when it burns. I personally supervise every max-effort lift. Safety is non-negotiable, but comfort is the enemy of progress. We cover everything from stance adjustments based on federation rules to peaking cycles for your 1RM testing. If you are based in Gurgaon and tired of fitness programs that do not build real muscle density or power, this is where you stop making excuses and start working.
