About The Philosophy: Mindset is Everything
My coaching isn't just about a PDF of exercises. I focus on the mental game—the 'me vs. me' competition. We will work on handling those days when the gym feels like a burden and turning that mental resistance into the fuel you need for your transformation.
Fitness is not a quick sprint; it is a long-term Tapasya. Many people come to me looking for shortcuts, but I tell them straight: there are none. Whether you are in Noida training with me at The Fitness House or working remotely, the foundation remains the same.
We focus on natural bodybuilding—building lean muscle and strength without banned substances. The mindset part is what separates those who quit in a month from those who change their lives. I teach you to use negativity, whether it comes from others or your own self-doubt, as high-octane fuel. You will learn how to approach compound lifts like deadlifts and squats with the right form, but more importantly, with the right intent.
