About this collection
You will work through 50 structured group sessions over three months, mixing technical boxing drills, heavy bag power punches, and functional HIIT. We focus on tracking your progress through regular inch-loss check-ins and provide basic fat-loss nutrition charts to keep you on the right path. This is a disciplined environment where the coaching is hands-on and the results are measured, not guessed.
