To run faster and avoid injuries, you need more than just stamina. I focus on drills with agility ladders, mini hurdles, and cones to improve your running technique, explosive power, and overall efficiency.
Strength & Conditioning for Runners
My training philosophy combines outdoor running with focused gym sessions. We build raw running skill on the ground and develop strength and flexibility in the gym to create a powerful, injury-proof body.
Race Day: From Training to Finish Line
I am a national-level athlete who actively competes in 5km and 10km events. This firsthand experience allows me to provide practical race tactics and mental preparation, whether you're aiming for a personal best or prepping for the Indian Army physical test.
