To run faster and stay injury-free, you need more than just stamina. I combine gym-based strength training with outdoor running drills to build a powerful, resilient body for the road.

Deadlifts are a full-body workout that builds immense strength. Here I am demonstrating the correct form before a heavy lift.

The leg press machine allows us to safely load the legs with heavy weight, building the muscle endurance required for 5km and 10km races.

I integrate compound lifts like deadlifts and leg presses into your routine to build the specific muscle endurance required for endurance running. You will not just log miles, you will build a frame that can handle impact and maintain form when the race gets tough.

My philosophy is simple: you cannot outrun a weak body. Whether you are training for a 5km race, prepping for an Indian Army physical test, or chasing a personal best in a 10km, running alone is rarely enough. I bridge the gap between outdoor endurance work and gym-based strength training to create an injury-proof runner.

In my sessions, we prioritize biomechanics. I analyze your stride length, foot strike, and arm swing to remove inefficiencies that cause fatigue and injury. We use functional gym equipment for compound movements: heavy deadlifts and squats for posterior chain power, leg press for quad endurance, and overhead presses to develop the core stability necessary for maintaining posture at mile eight or ten.

Training is flexible and hybrid. We utilize outdoor tracks and public parks across Sector 45, Sector 50, Sector 93, and Sector 99 for raw running skill. We pair this with gym sessions focused on explosive power. I am a national-level athlete, and I teach you the tactics and mental preparation that I use myself.
