To run faster and stay injury-free, you need more than just stamina. I combine gym-based strength training with outdoor running drills to build a powerful, resilient body for the road.

Deadlifts are a full-body workout that builds immense strength. Here I am demonstrating the correct form before a heavy lift.

A successful deadlift. This exercise is key for developing the core and posterior chain strength needed for endurance running.

The leg press machine allows us to safely load the legs with heavy weight, building the muscle endurance required for 5km and 10km races.
