1-on-1 Personal Training Package
Training Logistics
- Schedule: 6 days a week (Mon-Sat), 60 minutes per session.
- Format: 100% private 1-on-1 attention with hands-on spotting for every set.
- Location: Valid at specific partner gyms in Noida (Sectors 45, 93, 99) or outdoor parks depending on training focus.
- Note: Gym floor membership fees are charged separately by the facility.
Methodology & Scope
- Strength Focus: Usage of Olympic barbells, iron plates, and squat racks for raw power building.
- Form Correction: Physical adjustment of posture during compound lifts like Deadlifts and Overhead Press.
- Cardio Integration: Treadmill intervals and outdoor running drills leveraging 5k/10k expertise.
- Muscle Isolation: Assisted reps on cable machines where resistance is manually applied.
Support Services
- Nutrition: Basic Desi nutrition planning (protein focus) provided via WhatsApp.
- Recovery: Assisted post-workout stretching to prevent injury.
- Accountability: Daily follow-ups with a strict, disciplined approach.

About Me
I’m Alok Chauhan, a national athlete for India and coach at Future Champ Academy. Training is my life - I’m all about discipline, pushing limits, and keeping things real. I don’t just talk fitness, I live it every day.
How I Train
I handle every session myself. Expect me to be there, guiding your form and counting your reps. If you’re after shortcuts, you won’t find them here. My style is hands-on, strict, and focused on building a solid base. You’ll get proper technique and real effort, not just random workouts.
What We Do
Training sessions happen in the gym, tailored for your own goals. Some days we’ll hammer out cardio with machines, other days it’s pure strength and conditioning drills - battle ropes, cones, weighted lunges. Into bodybuilding? I’ll walk you through deadlifts and squats, plus muscle-specific moves for definition.
Who Can Train
Doesn’t matter if you’re just starting out or you’ve got some experience. Men, women, beginners, advanced - sabko welcome hai (everyone’s welcome).
Where
I run sessions at Future Champ Academy, Noida Sector 45, and also train folks at gyms in Sector 45, 50, 93, and 99. If you want athlete-led fitness coaching in Noida, this is it.

We are Future Champ Athletics Academy, started by Alok Chauhan. Pehle toh, running is in our blood – Alok’s a national athlete, and discipline is our mantra. Big respect for the Indian Army, and we believe in showing the same dedication to our bodies. Rajputana pride, spirituality, hard work – that’s our energy. Jai Mata Di, Jai Shree Ram! My Work
Athletics & Fitness Coaching - We coach for 5km running, 10km race training, and general fitness. All ages welcome, bas mehnat chahiye.
Future Champ Academy in Noida - Our Noida academy trains youth in athletics drills and adults in disciplined fitness training.
Training Style - No shortcuts, only hard work. Army-style discipline, push your limits, become a true champ.
