For me, building a champion isn’t just about heavy lifts - it’s about guts, vision, and real patience. If you're picturing endless sweat and some emotional ups and downs, yep, that's part of it.
Why My Journey Matters
I've stood on stage as Miss India Fitness and Wellness, Miss South India, and grabbed the Miss Karnataka crown five times. Trust me, it's not just about medals. It means I've actually been through the long contest prep for first-time competitors and seasoned folks alike. I know what it takes, physically and mentally, to transform and keep showing up.
What My Coaching Looks Like
- Full cycle: We go from off-season to that wild, nerve-wracking peak week.
- Focus on smart muscle gain, then dialing it in for lean stage look.
- Nutrition? No magic tricks. Only stuff I’ve tested myself. Supplements like creatine and whey, explained without jargon.
- Posing routines matter just as much as muscle. We’ll nail those mandatory poses and work on real stage confidence, including all the little details IFBB judges notice.
