My training sessions are never about just moving weight; they are about mind-muscle connection and precision. Whether I am training at Wild Fitness in Vijayanagar or working through a peak week protocol, I don't believe in magic—I believe in the slow, consistent work that builds true symmetry. If you look at the clips here, you will see it is rarely a perfect, gym-influencer moment; it is sweat, focus, and repeating the same movement until it is instinct.
Building a competitive physique is not a glamorous process. It is thousands of reps in a gym, tracking every gram of macros, and showing up even when you are exhausted. My approach to hypertrophy training is rooted in what I have done myself as a 5-time Miss Karnataka winner.
The Reality of The Grind

I am based in Bangalore and frequently train at Wild Fitness and Matrix Fitness in Vijayanagar. My coaching is not limited to a screen; for local clients, I provide in-person physique assessments and form corrections.
