Off-season vibes. This is the time to build quality muscle and strength. The journey to the stage starts here, with a solid improvement season.

The physique you see in these photos isn't just about muscle mass; it’s about control. A lot of people forget that posing is a technical skill. If you do not know how to angle your body to emphasize your strengths and mask your weaknesses, even the most developed muscle will not look right under the stage lights.
Contest prep is a long game. It starts in the off-season where we focus on building quality size through heavy compound movements and high-calorie nutrition. This is the growth phase, and it is where the real foundation is laid for your physique.
Then comes the transition. As we move closer to the stage, we shift into cutting protocols. It is not just about losing weight; it is about maintaining the muscle we built while getting lean enough for that stage-ready look.
The posing masterclass is the bridge between training and winning. Whether you are aiming for national level or local federation competitions, the judging criteria differ. In my 1-on-1 sessions, we work on the mandatory poses, transition choreography, and breathing techniques to maintain core tightness. I record these sessions so you can review your form, learn to control your angles, and build the confidence you need to stand out on stage. It is honest work, day in and day out, to get that structure judges look for.
