I didn't just step onto the stage; I earned my spot through years of relentless grind. Winning Miss India Fitness and the Miss Karnataka crown five times taught me that competition prep is a different beast entirely. Here is a look at what it takes to stand under those stage lights and how I help my students get there.

From 2022 to 2024, the transformation is clear. This picture shows my progress over two years, from a promising competitor to a champion. Hard work truly pays off.

About this collection

When you are prepping for a show, it is not just about lifting weights; it is about knowing how to pose, how to control your breathing under harsh stage lights, and how to execute a peak week protocol. My experience on the Miss India and Miss Karnataka stages means I know exactly what judges look for in a physique. I do not just train you to build muscle, I coach you to present it with total confidence.

The stage is where all your hard work is put to the test. It is a different animal compared to off-season training, and you need a strategy that goes beyond just calories and sets.

Why Competition Prep is Different

Preparing for a bodybuilding competition involves more than just hypertrophy. We focus on the technical details like mandatory poses, transition flows, and angle corrections that often separate a top-three finish from the rest of the field. I help you build a routine that hides your weaknesses and highlights your structural strengths.

Mastering the Peak Week

This is the most critical phase. I guide you through the 7-day peak week strategy, involving smart sodium loading, sodium depleting, and water cutting to achieve that dry, vascular, stage-ready look. We take the guesswork out of the process, ensuring you step on stage looking full, lean, and balanced.

Federation Guidance

Not all competitions are the same. Whether you are aiming for an NPC show, ICN, or local Karnataka bodybuilding championships, I provide strategic advice on choosing the right federation that matches your current physique level and goals. We look at the judging criteria specifically for your category, ensuring every rep in the gym is serving your end goal on stage.
