How We Train

Every session is tailored for you, but here’s what you can expect:

  • Strength training for women using free weights and machines
  • Functional fitness coaching with agility drills and dynamic movements
  • Cardio and high-intensity workouts to boost stamina
  • Mindset and nutrition guidance - we’ll talk about eating well and staying mentally tough, but I’m not a doctor

Where We Train

We’ll be at Fit Muscle Premium Fitness in Rajarajeshwari Nagar, Bangalore. The gym’s got loads of space, top-notch equipment, and recovery options like steam and ice baths.

My Roots

I’m a Kodavathi, so that Coorgi spirit runs deep. For me, strength is part of my heritage. The gym is our mountain - tough climbs, but the view from the top is worth it.

Hey, I’m Archana. You’ll spot me in the gym, sure, but you’ll also find me riding my Himalayan through Coorg or hiking up to Everest Base Camp. Fitness for me isn’t just about weights - it’s about living fully, collecting moments, not things. Proud Kodavathi here, one day in a Coorgi saree, next day on a mountain trail. I love mixing tradition with adventure. Life’s too big for just one place, right?
