I didn't start strong. I started at 147kg, tired of the bullying and the confusion. This isn't just about weight loss; it is about the ruthless discipline required to rebuild yourself from the ground up.
This is where it all started. I was 14 years old and 147 kgs, confused and without guidance. This journey taught me everything I know about discipline, hard work, and the power to change your own life.
The journey from 2009 to 2013. Losing 66 kgs was the first step. The real work was keeping it off and turning a necessity into a lifestyle.

I used to be bullied for being obese. That drove me to build a strong back, literally and figuratively. Now, I train to carry the weight of my own challenges and help you do the same.

I don't offer generic templates or overnight solutions. Whether we work online or in-person, I analyze your biomechanics, review your lifting form via video, and calibrate your macros weekly based on your actual progress. My job is to move you from just 'working out' to actual, disciplined training that fits your life, not the other way around.
Transformation isn't about one lucky break; it is about 'riyaaz'—a daily, disciplined practice. My journey from 147kg to a strength coach taught me that motivation is fickle, but consistency is a system.
Why My Approach Is Different
I don't believe in crash diets. If you are training with me, we focus on three pillars: physical activity, calculated nutrition, and sleep. My coaching is built on data and biomechanics, not guesswork.
- For Online Clients: You aren't getting a PDF file and a 'good luck.' You get form audits, weekly video check-ins, and adjustments to your calorie and macro targets based on your weight and performance data.
- For In-Person Clients: We meet in the gym to master the heavy compound lifts—squats, deadlifts, and presses. I am there to spot you, correct your form in real-time, and make sure you are hitting failure safely.
What You Get
My coaching is based on my CSCS expertise and my own decade of trial and error. I teach you the 'why' behind every exercise and meal. You learn how to handle social events, manage your macros, and train efficiently, whether you are at a commercial gym or home.
