Fitness isn't magic. It's habits. I didn't start fit; I started at 135 kgs. This is the truth behind my transformation and why I believe anyone can do it with the right mindset.
This is my story. I gained 40 kgs in two years by blaming everything except myself. After finally taking an honest look at my habits, I was able to lose the weight. This experience is the foundation of my coaching.

About My Journey & Life
When I was 135 kgs, I tried every fad diet to avoid the hard truth: I was eating too much and moving too little. My coaching philosophy is built on that failure. I don't assign plans I haven't tested on myself. Whether you are 20 or 50, if you are willing to track your meals and hit the gym three times a week, I can get you results without banning your favorite foods.
I spent two years blaming my metabolism and hormonal fluctuations while I stayed stuck at 135 kgs. The moment I stopped looking for shortcuts and started focusing on boring, consistent habits, everything changed.
My approach isn't based on an Instagram workout you saw today. It is based on 11 years of coaching and the lessons I learned while transforming my own body.
What you see in these photos—the hikes, the sports, the family gym sessions—is the end goal of fitness. It is not about looking shredded for a camera; it is about having the physical capacity to enjoy your life. If you can't climb a hill without getting winded, or if you're constantly exhausted, you need to fix your lifestyle, not your supplement stack.
Why my approach works
- Indian context matters: You don't need to eat exotic superfoods. If you are vegetarian, we work with paneer, dal, and rajma chawal. Agar aap veg ho (if you're veg), sab chalega (it's all good).
- No gimmicks: I don't sell detoxes. I sell discipline. We focus on progressive overload and calorie management.
- Personal accountability: I handle all my clients directly. You are not getting a template from an assistant. You are getting my eyes on your form and my feedback on your weekly progress.
Fitness is simple, but it is not easy. It requires you to look in the mirror and be honest about where you are failing. If you are ready to stop making excuses and put in the work, I am here to guide you.
