Fitness isn't magic. It's habits. I didn't start fit; I started at 135 kgs. This is the truth behind my transformation and why I believe anyone can do it with the right mindset.

This is my story. I gained 40 kgs in two years by blaming everything except myself. After finally taking an honest look at my habits, I was able to lose the weight. This experience is the foundation of my coaching.

A side-by-side comparison of my own transformation. I went from skinny-fat to building a strong, muscular physique. It's a reminder that progress is always possible with consistency.

A visual representation of my journey. Life will humble you, but the key is to put your head down, do the work, and never give up.

It's been 11 years since I turned my hobby into my profession. From making my first YouTube videos at 19 to coaching full-time at 30, it's been a journey of learning and growth.

One of the best rewards of getting fit is being able to enjoy life's adventures. Being able to climb this hill without feeling tired is a reminder of why I prioritize my health. It's all about improving your quality of life.

My heaviest and most important bicep curl. Fitness is about being strong for the people and moments that matter most.

Coaching my wife in the gym. I believe in practicing what I preach, and that includes helping my own family build healthy habits.

A gym orientation session with family. It's always great to share my passion for fitness with the people I care about.

Having fun and flexing after a good session. The gym should be an enjoyable and positive environment.

About My Journey & Life

When I was 135 kgs, I tried every fad diet to avoid the hard truth: I was eating too much and moving too little. My coaching philosophy is built on that failure. I don't assign plans I haven't tested on myself. Whether you are 20 or 50, if you are willing to track your meals and hit the gym three times a week, I can get you results without banning your favorite foods.
