About My Transformation Story

I used to think I was just genetically unlucky, hiding my face behind my hair, and jumping from one crash diet to another. Looking back at my 25 kg weight loss journey, the real shift wasn't in the gym. It happened when I stopped treating my body like an enemy to be punished and started treating it like a system to be fueled.

I didn’t just lose weight. I unlearned the toxic habit of thinking my worth was tied to a scale number. I spent years in a corporate job, feeling trapped, bullied, and absolutely miserable with the big-boned label people slapped on me. I tried every fad diet under the sun, and they all failed because they were built on punishment, not progress.

When I finally decided to change, I ditched the quick fixes. I stopped doing endless cardio that just left me tired and started focusing on strength training. Lifting heavy taught me that my body isn't something to shrink; it's something to build. I moved away from starving myself and started understanding macros, using the 80/20 rule to include the foods I actually enjoy.

This journey wasn't linear. There were months where I felt like I was failing, and times when my motivation flatlined. That is where mindset coaching comes in.
