About Adult Gymnastics: Start Your Journey
You won't find Olympic-style sprung floors here, but you will find manual spotting that actually works. We train in a straightforward warehouse environment where I guide every step, so if you are worried about learning a backflip or even a simple cartwheel, just know we build you up slowly with core drills before moving to the big moves.
Our Approach to Adult Gymnastics
Many adults walk in here thinking they are too old or not fit enough. I tell them the same thing: hogli hogli, just let the fear go. My classes are not about perfection from day one. They are about breaking down complex movements into small, manageable wins.
What to Expect
We train in a no-frills, high-ceiling warehouse setting. There is no AC, just fans, mats, and the focus of the group. This is where we build the real stuff—core strength, coordination, and the confidence to move your body in ways you might have thought were impossible.
We start with the basics: forward and backward rolls, cartwheels, and handstands. Once your foundation is solid, we move toward more advanced skills like round-offs, back handsprings, and eventually somersaults.
