Fresh, vibrant, and designed to wake up your palate. These starters are where my love for Italian ingredients really shines.

I like to add a little theater to my dishes. The Manor Caesar salad gets a smoky twist from a piece of burning charcoal, infusing the crisp lettuce with a unique, aromatic flavor right at your table.

It begins with the crunch of toasted ciabatta, followed by the creaminess of Stracciatella cheese, the sweetness of candy tomatoes, and the freshness of basil pesto and rocket. My Stracciatella Bruschetta is a perfect start.

My Pineapple Tartare is designed to awaken the palate. It’s a playful, bright, and refreshing dish with citrus-rubbed Doritos, marinated tomatoes, and a citrus picante sauce.

On a cool day, nothing is more comforting than a bowl of my Roasted Tomato Soup. Paired with a Parmesan and pesto crostini, each spoonful is a reminder of simple, flavorful pleasures.

When the flames kiss the prawns and the butter starts to sizzle, magic happens. My King Prawns are slow-cooked with garlic butter and a hint of fermented chili, served with warm sourdough for dipping.

For a taste of elegance, try my Smoked Salmon Bruschetta. Delicate smoked salmon on a crispy base, it's the perfect bite to start your meal.

Taco 'bout heaven. My Avocado Taco features roasted tomato salsa, pico de gallo, and a dollop of sour cream for a flavor explosion in every bite.

A final drizzle of dressing over my Manor Caesar Salad. This dish is a favorite for a reason, and if you haven't tried it, you're seriously missing out.
