Signature Breakfast Platter
The Main Event
- Eggs: Three (3) farm-fresh eggs cooked to order (Sunny-side up, Scrambled, or Fried).
- Premium Meats: Two (2) grilled sausages (Chicken or Pork) and 3-4 strips of crispy streaky bacon.
- The Carb: Two (2) thick slices of toasted artisanal bread (Sourdough or Milk Bread), served buttered.
The Accompaniments
- Potato Wedges: A 150g portion of golden, seasoned potato wedges.
- Greens: Roasted cherry tomatoes on the vine and a fresh side salad with vinaigrette.

- Served on heavy stoneware ceramics in the garden seating area.

I like my mornings slow, with food that feels like a hug - not rushed or fancy, just good. From 8 to 11 AM, you’ll find me serving breakfast that’s all about comfort and a bit of indulgence. If you want a garden breakfast experience, my spot is tucked into quiet greens, where you can chill and let the morning do its thing. Not gonna lie, sometimes the garden buzz gets a bit loud, but it’s all part of the vibe.
Plates That Fill You Up
I’m big on fresh morning platters. Eggs - any way you want ‘em. Bacon or sausage, crispy toast, and those roasted cherry tomatoes that hit different. My BLT isn’t your usual - it’s got crispy bacon, arugula, onion jam, and aioli, stuffed in milk bread. If you’re feeling adventurous, give it a go.
Sweet Tooth Crew
If you wake up craving something sweet, I’ve got waffles (crisp outside, soft inside, loaded with berries and whipped cream) and French toast thick enough to count as a meal. No fake syrup here, just real fruit compote.
Coffee That Makes Sense
Artisanal coffee service is the real deal. Strong Americano, creamy cappuccino, even some latte art if you’re into that. I use classic Italian gear - sometimes I mess up the art, but the coffee’s always solid.

My Story
Hey, I’m Sudeep, the guy behind Camillo’s. Dough in my hands, flames in the oven, that’s my happy place. I chase the perfect crust and try to sneak a bit of ‘La Dolce Vita’ into every plate. Sometimes a pasta reminds you of old lunch breaks, sometimes a dessert just makes the day sweeter. I cook with what I feel and hope you taste a bit of comfort—simple joys, nothing fancy, just real food.
