I love watching the syrup cascade over a stack of warm waffles. Mine are made to be crisp on the outside with a soft, airy heart, topped with a medley of fresh berries and a dollop of whipped cream. It’s pure, simple joy on a plate.

This isn't your everyday BLT. I've layered crispy bacon, fresh arugula, and sweet onion jam with a creamy aioli, all tucked inside soft milk bread. It’s a sandwich that’s both comforting and a little adventurous.

If pasta could talk, this one would tell you stories of long drives by the sea. Fresh linguine is tossed with roasted chilli and garlic olive oil, then crowned with a crispy soft-shell crab. It tastes like somewhere far away, yet deeply familiar.

A little dusting of cocoa, a lot of indulgence. This is my take on Tiramisu, where clouds of mascarpone cream and coffee-soaked ladyfingers come together. It’s a sweet, playful ending to any meal.

I love bringing the coast to your table. This Soft Shell Crab Aglio e Olio combines the richness of olive oil and garlic with the satisfying crunch of perfectly fried crab. It’s a dish that tastes both familiar and excitingly new.

Hey, I’m Sudeep, the guy behind Camillo’s. Dough in my hands, flames in the oven, that’s my happy place. I chase the perfect crust and try to sneak a bit of ‘La Dolce Vita’ into every plate. Sometimes a pasta reminds you of old lunch breaks, sometimes a dessert just makes the day sweeter. I cook with what I feel and hope you taste a bit of comfort—simple joys, nothing fancy, just real food.
