Begin your meal with dishes that balance texture, acidity, and heat. From delicate ceviche to house-made choux buns, our starters are designed to be shared and savored slowly.

The beauty of a plate is in the details. Our Thai Curried Salmon Ceviche is a perfect example, with its delicate wreath of salmon and avocado, bright tobiko, and a pool of savory, creamy dressing.

This dish has been on our menu since day one. The Chicken Liver Parfait Choux Buns are topped with a moreish red wine and balsamic onion jam. It's my take on a classic French flavor combination.

A salad that’s a composition of sweet, heat, and crunch. Our Watermelon and Cucumber salad is dressed in a jalapeño-laced raw mango agua chile and finished with feta, black lime salt, and toasted quinoa granola.

We take our salads seriously. Here, we build our chicken wedge salad with crunchy iceberg lettuce, tender chicken, and a roast garlic and parmesan dressing, finished with bacon and sourdough crumble.

Our Truffle Focaccia De Recco is warm, toasty, and melts in your mouth. This fresh, handmade bread is filled with an artisanal cheese mix and is perfect for sharing.

New on the menu: Burrata and Strawberry Confit. Creamy burrata is served over a tomato and berry tartare, with a surprising strawberry ketchup and fresh rocket. It’s a delightful mix of sweet and savory.

A Plats classic: Seared Steak Tartare. We serve it with a pommery mustard relish, pickled chilies for a bit of heat, and beautiful, crispy mulberry potato chips.

These Prawn Croquettes are a perfect bite-sized starter. Minced prawns are mixed with ginger, garlic, and sweet miso, then fried until golden and served with a creamy aioli.

Back for a limited time by popular demand. These are our smoked pork and chorizo dumplings, served in a spiced tomato and chorizo broth and topped with a crispy bacon crumb.

A closer look at our Thai Curried Salmon Ceviche. The soft heat from the curry, the bright lime, and the silken fish come together beautifully.
