Our kitchen’s open, so you can see the action. The wood-fired oven is the star. That’s where our pizzaiolo works the dough, making Neapolitan pizza with those charred edges everyone loves. No shortcuts, just honest fire and skill.

My Story
Hey, I’m Sudeep, the guy behind Camillo’s. Dough in my hands, flames in the oven, that’s my happy place. I chase the perfect crust and try to sneak a bit of ‘La Dolce Vita’ into every plate. Sometimes a pasta reminds you of old lunch breaks, sometimes a dessert just makes the day sweeter. I cook with what I feel and hope you taste a bit of comfort—simple joys, nothing fancy, just real food.
