I am not a gym instructor; I am an NIS Patiala certified boxing coach. When you train with me, you are getting 18 years of ring experience distilled into 60-minute sessions. Whether we are doing heavy bag conditioning at a partner gym or working on agility drills outdoors at Sukhna Lake, the goal remains the same: functional strength.
