Even with a group, I correct your stance and punch form because sloppy boxing builds bad habits, not functional strength.

My group sessions in Chandigarh and Mohali focus on 'Fitness Boxing'—a high-energy blend of shadow boxing, medicine ball throws, and heavy bag work that torches calories while teaching you actual technique.

We do not do repetitive cardio routines that look pretty but lack substance. You will learn to throw a proper jab, hook, and cross. Whether you are aiming for weight loss, stress relief, or just want to swap your usual treadmill routine for something that actually requires focus, this works. The environment is supportive, whether you are training at partner gyms like Space Seven or Burn Gym in Mohali. It is affordable, effective, and frankly, a lot more fun than working out alone.
