I am an NIS Patiala certified boxing coach. I have spent 18 years in the ring. I teach you what I have learned on my own merit, not from a textbook.
- Technical Boxing: We focus on form, footwork, and defense. It is like chess, but with gloves.
- Conditioning: We use pad work, heavy bag drills, and agility ladders to build explosive power and endurance.
- Tri-City Access: I travel to you in Chandigarh, Mohali, and Panchkula. We can train at your home, in a local park like Sukhna Lake, or at partner gyms like Space Seven or Burn Gym.
- Women's Empowerment: I provide dedicated coaching for women, focusing on real self-defense techniques and strength building in a safe environment.
The Reality
This is not a fancy gym membership where you walk in and do whatever. This is personal coaching. My sessions are 60 minutes of focused, high-intensity training. Whether you want to lose fat, get strong, or learn the art of boxing, you will get my full attention. We focus on mobility first to prevent injury, and then we build the fighter within you.
