In this personal session, we're working on balance and punching technique simultaneously. Using a balance board forces the client to engage his core and stabilize his entire body while throwing punches.

An intense outdoor pad work session at Sukhna Lake. One on one training allows me to push my clients to their limits while ensuring their form and technique remain sharp.

A focused pad work drill where I call out combinations. This type of training sharpens the client's listening skills and reaction time, simulating a real fight scenario.

This outdoor session shows a client working on his boxing fundamentals in a natural environment. Personal training isn't confined to the four walls of a gym.

A home training session focused on speed and accuracy. I work closely with the client to refine his combinations and footwork, providing instant feedback for rapid improvement.

Sparring drills in a park. This session is about applying techniques in a more dynamic setting, improving defensive skills, and learning to read an opponent.

I am an NIS Patiala certified coach with over 18 years of experience. I don't follow generic YouTube workouts. My training is built on fundamentals: mobility first to prevent injury, followed by intense pad work, footwork drills, and defensive conditioning.
