Strength & Conditioning for Combat

Boxing power comes from the ground up. My training includes functional strength and high-intensity drills to build explosive power, endurance, and a rock-solid core. We use everything from barbells and kettlebells to battle ropes and tires.

Outdoor & Unconventional Training

I break the monotony of the gym by taking our training outdoors to locations like Sukhna Lake or your local park. We use the environment to build functional, real-world strength and stamina. Training is available across the Tri-City area.

The Fighter's Mindset
