The energy in my group classes is all about pushing each other. This video shows a full class hitting the heavy bags, a core part of our muscle endurance and power development workouts.
One-on-one pad work with a persnaltrainer. This is where I sharpen your reflexes, improve your boxing technique, and push your heart rate to its limit. It’s focused, intense, and gets results.
Stamina is everything. A client works on his agility and endurance with high-intensity skipping rope drills, a fundamental part of our cardio conditioning for combat sports fitness.

You will not find rows of fancy machines here. Instead, you'll be flipping heavy tractor tires, working with grappling dummies, and pushing through intense pad sessions to build explosive power. It is raw, effective training designed to strip away the excuses and focus on functional strength.
