You won’t just be hitting air. Every session involves 3 to 5 rounds of intense focus pad work—my signature USP. We don't do generic gym cardio here; we work on real combinations that sharpen your reflexes and prepare you for any situation, whether you are training at Space Seven or in your own backyard.
I see too many women training only for the scale. Real fitness is about what you can do, not just what you weigh. My training focuses on the mind-muscle connection—teaching you how to transfer power from your feet, through your core, and into your fist. You will learn the noble art of boxing: proper footwork, defensive guards, and how to throw a cross with intent.
Self-defense is practical, not theoretical. We run through situational drills where you learn to assess, react, and respond. You will gain strength, yes, but you will also build the mindset that you can handle yourself. Whether you join me at Space Seven Fitness in Mohali, Burn Gym, or prefer a private session at your home or Sukhna Lake, the intensity remains the same.
