Kids Martial Arts Training in Gurugram
I don't just teach kids how to fight. I teach them to stand tall, respect the mat, and face challenges with confidence. From focus to physical strength, here’s where your child builds their inner warrior.
Spiritual exercise is valuable in every way. My kids' karate training focuses on developing strength, flexibility, and emotional intelligence.
We now offer personal Karate and Kickboxing training for kids. One-on-one sessions help children improve strength, flexibility, and conditioning with focused attention.
This is our 5 PM Karate batch for kids. They learn self-defense while developing unshakable confidence and enhanced reflexes through fun drills and exercises.
About Next Generation Warriors: Kids' Training
Every session at my Sector 38 dojo is designed to move your child beyond their comfort zone. They aren't just learning Karate or Judo techniques; they are building the reflexes and focus that carry over into school and life. We use real 40mm MMA mats, so the falls they take while learning are safe, allowing them to experiment and grow without hesitation.
Why Martial Arts Matters
In a world dominated by screens, I offer a space where movement is real. My kids' training program is not about teaching violence. It is about equipping them with the tools to handle conflict, build resilience, and develop discipline. Whether it is Judo for takedowns, Karate for discipline, or MMA for a mix of everything, the goal is always the same: building a stronger version of themselves.
My Approach to Teaching Kids
I treat kids like the capable individuals they are. We start with basics—falling correctly, stance, and situational awareness—and layer on complexity as they grow. My classes are structured, safe, and intense enough to keep them engaged.
- Discipline: Classes run at set times (5 PM and 6 PM) to build a routine.
- Safety: We use professional-grade 40mm MMA puzzle mats. Injuries are minimized, but the lessons on grit and persistence remain.
- Confidence: Watching a shy kid walk out with their head held high after mastering a throw is why I do this.
What to Expect
Your child will learn more than just punch-kick combos. They will learn to listen, to follow instructions, and to respect their training partners. We work on conditioning, flexibility, and social interaction. If you are looking to get your child off the couch and onto the mat to build real skills, I encourage you to book a demo session. Come watch them train, see how they respond, and decide if this is the right environment for their growth.
Bodhi Ran
I’ve spent years training and refining techniques from Judo to MMA, and I bring that same intensity to the mat for your kids. We don't do 'easy' here—we do 'better'. If you want your child to build actual grit and walk out with more confidence than they walked in with, bring them to me.
