Our beginner kickboxing classes are packed with energy. Students learn fundamental striking combinations in a safe and supportive environment.

About Striking & Kickboxing

You do not need to be a fighter to start. We provide loaner gear for your free trial session, so all you need to bring is hand wraps and an open mind. You will be learning authentic Thai Kickboxing and pad work alongside a community that pushes you to improve, not one that tears you down.

Striking at Warrior's Cove goes beyond just hitting bags. We focus on the art of eight limbs, teaching you proper mechanics for punches, kicks, knees, and elbows. Whether you are looking for a high-intensity workout in Gurugram or want to learn practical self-defense skills, our sessions are built to scale.

Beginners start with the fundamentals of footwork and defensive posture. As you progress, you integrate into partner drills, pad work, and controlled sparring. We are not a corporate gym. Expect to sweat, get sore, and be held accountable to the discipline of the sport. Our instructors ensure that while the training is intense, it remains safe and technically sound.

We operate out of DLF Phase 1 and DLF Phase 3, welcoming anyone who wants to learn how to move, react, and strike with precision. You are joining a tribe that values consistency over quick fixes. Come ready to work, and you will find your place here.
