Martial Arts Conditioning and Functional Strength
Fighting is not just technique. It is the engine underneath. We build the functional strength and endurance you need to last until the final bell.
Steel is strongest when it's beaten. This is MMA conditioning, building functional strength and a fight-ready body through intense, purposeful training.
Strength is not just what you lift, but what you overcome. Our conditioning includes track work to build the cardio and explosive speed needed for the ring.
About Forge Your Strength: Conditioning Drills
Our conditioning isn't about gym aesthetics or looking good on a poster. We focus on 'fight-ready' endurance—training your body to maintain explosive power, speed, and mental clarity even when your lungs are burning and you are in the final minute of a match.
In the ring, the fight is won by whoever has more gas in the tank. At Bodhi Ran, our conditioning drills are designed to bridge the gap between having a technique and having the ability to execute it under pressure.
We don't just lift weights. We combine track work for cardiovascular capacity with bodyweight circuits that mimic the demands of a real fight. You will see us on the track for explosive sprints and on the mats for circuit drills that improve your balance, grip, and core stability. This is functional fitness for martial arts.
Whether you are training for Judo, MMA, or kickboxing, these drills are built to:
- Increase your anaerobic threshold so you don't gas out.
- Improve your recovery time between rounds.
- Build the core strength required for takedowns and defensive maneuvers.
We train in Sector 38, Gurugram, and our approach is simple: if it doesn't serve your performance in the ring, we don't waste time on it. We train the body to handle the chaos of combat.
