Whether it is chronic back pain, thyroid imbalance, or persistent migraines, I look at the whole picture—your sleep, your digestion, and your emotional baggage. We do not just do yoga; we design a protocol of movement, cleansing, and diet that fits your unique body type and health history.

A Different Approach to Healing

Most people arrive at my studio after trying every pill and quick fix available. My method at Bodhi is different because it is clinical and ancient in equal measure. We begin every journey with a 60-minute diagnostic consultation where I map your current symptoms against your medical history, perform a Nadi Pariksha (pulse diagnosis) to determine your Dosha imbalance, and test your physical mobility.

How We Address Specific Conditions

  • Spine & Back Health: We move beyond basic stretches. I use prop-assisted asanas to align the spine, ensuring you build strength without causing further strain.
  • Hormonal Health (Thyroid/PCOS): Through specific combinations of Sarvangasana, Ujjayi pranayama, and emotional release techniques like Yoga Nidra, we target the root cause rather than just managing the side effects.
  • Digestion & Cleansing: Chronic issues like constipation or acidity are often a result of toxic build-up. I guide you through Shat Kriyas, including Jal Neti and Kunjal Kriya, to purify your system from within.

Your Commitment

This is not a drop-in gym class where you leave your problems at the door. I expect you to follow the Saatvik dietary guidelines and sleep protocols I set.
