About this collection
We don’t believe in wandering aimlessly between machines. Our Burn Room sessions are programmed to alternate between high-output treadmill sprints and floor-based strength work, keeping your heart rate up while ensuring you build muscle properly.
The Burn Room is designed to eliminate the guesswork that plagues most gyms. Every 55-minute session is a pre-planned sequence, alternating between high-intensity intervals on premium Life Fitness treadmills and functional strength work with dumbbells, kettlebells, and TRX. By syncing the lights and music to the intensity of the interval, we create a high-focus environment that helps you push harder than you would on your own.
Our methodology centers on consistency rather than extreme spikes. Whether you are in a Cardio + Strength class or a dedicated boxing session, you are following a coach-led routine designed to build stamina and power simultaneously. You won't find random equipment hopping here. The structure is transparent, the goals are clear, and the pacing is set to keep your body under tension without leading to burnout.
