Every intense session starts with a proper warm-up and mobility work. Here, our members are going through a series of dynamic stretches to prepare their bodies for the hard work ahead and prevent injuries.
This is what a typical group conditioning circuit looks like. Members perform dumbbell squats for strength, unload on the heavy bags for power, and hold planks for core stability, all pushing together.
This is the sound of hard work. You can hear me pushing the class through a tough circuit of push-ups and heavy bag combinations. I am there every step of the way to make sure you give your all.
We incorporate a wide range of drills to keep things challenging. This clip shows members performing bear crawls and medicine ball slams, building full-body strength and coordination.
Side by side, we get stronger. Members work through barbell lifts to build foundational strength before moving to the heavy bags to practice their striking technique and endurance.
About this collection
Our group sessions follow a rotating circuit structure, so you will never do the same workout twice. You’ll be working through functional movements like tire flips, heavy bag rounds, and high-intensity interval conditioning that builds real-world stamina for combat sports, not just aesthetic muscle.
