About this collection
If you’re used to walking into a gym and wandering between machines, our sessions will be a shift. Our coaches don't just stand around correcting form—they design the entire structure of the 55-minute Burn Room workout before you even arrive. Whether it’s Tempo HIIT or strength-based lifting, you’re following a planned progression, not a random routine. You don't have to guess what weights to grab or how long to run; the plan is set, the music is loud, and your coach handles the pacing so you can focus on the work.
Structure is the main differentiator here. When you train with us at our Kasturba Road facility, you aren't fighting for equipment or wondering if you're doing the right exercises. Our team of coaches—including experienced trainers like Melvin, who brings six years of expertise in powerlifting and calisthenics, and Ayusha, who specializes in hybrid athlete conditioning—ensures every minute of your session is purposeful.
We operate on a coached performance model. This means your class is programmed for progress. If you’re new, we offer scale-ups and scale-downs so you can work at your own intensity without feeling overwhelmed or lost.
It’s not just about the technical side either. Our coaches act as a support system. They facilitate the energy in the Burn Room, blending lighting, music, and movement to keep you engaged. From Saipreet’s Tempo HIIT sessions, which swap traditional treadmill monotony for TRX and plyometrics, to our specialized HYROX race prep, the focus is always on creating a sustainable, long-term approach to fitness.
