About this collection

We break down the HYROX race into eight 1km runs and eight functional stations, so you aren't just sweating—you're training. Every class replicates the race rhythm, getting your heart rate up on the track and your muscles primed for sled pushes, burpees, and farmers carries before you even step on the race floor.

We utilize the Burn Room to mimic the high-intensity atmosphere of a competition, with specific lighting and audio to keep your adrenaline up during those heavy sled pushes and wall balls.
