About New to BlackBx? Start Here.
Arrive five minutes before your first class. It gives you enough time to meet your coach, mention any past injuries, and get comfortable with the studio layout before the music starts. You won't be lost on the floor; we make sure you know exactly what to do from the start.
We don't do 'grind culture' at BlackBx. We do purpose and progress. When you walk into our studio on Kasturba Road, you will find the Burn Room—equipped with premium Life Fitness machines and programmed for specific goals.
For those completely new to our style, we suggest starting with our 3-session starter pack. This allows you to test our different formats—Cardio + Strength, Boxing + Strength, or Double Strength—without any long-term commitment.
Our coaches manage every detail, from adjusting the weights to correcting your form. You will find that our community is focused on individual growth, not competition. You don't need to be fit to start; you just need to start to get fit. Whether you are curious about our HYROX prep sessions or just want a better way to sweat, these introductory sessions are designed to build your base safely and effectively.
