Our Core Formats

We break down fitness into clear, actionable blocks so you know exactly how to spend your 55 minutes:

  • Cardio + Strength: The classic BlackBx mix. We alternate between treadmill sprints and functional strength movements to keep your heart rate up and build lean muscle.
  • Double Strength: For those who want to lift. We strip out the cardio and focus entirely on compound movements, technique, and progressive overload with dumbbells and kettlebells.
  • Boxing + Strength: Our most dynamic session. You get the stress relief of hitting the bags combined with targeted strength work. It builds power, stability, and endurance.
  • Circuit Dash 20: Short on time? This splits the hour into 20 minutes of intense cardio followed by 20 minutes of dedicated strength training.
  • Flex Flow: This is your recovery essential. We use yoga-inspired movements, breathwork, and mobility drills to ensure you aren't just training hard, but training for the long term.
