About this collection
We programme about 25 to 26 sessions a month for our members. This is not just about showing up. It is about balancing cardio, strength, and mobility so you do not burn out by Thursday. You have a coach for every session, ensuring your form is tight and your pace is sustainable.
Most commercial gyms rely on you guessing what to do next. We take a different approach. Our coaching team builds structured formats that evolve with you, ensuring you are not just sweating but actually progressing.
Inside the Burn Room, you will find a mix of cardio and strength fusion, heavy lifting blocks, and boxing drills. Every session is designed with specific energy zones in mind, so you work your cardiovascular capacity without wrecking your joints. Whether you are prepping for a HYROX race or just want to feel stronger in your day-to-day life, our programming gives you a clear path forward.
We also integrate recovery and mobility drills, such as our Flex Flow sessions, directly into the weekly cycle. This ensures you can maintain the intensity needed for real change without hitting a plateau. You do not need to be an athlete to start here. You just need to be someone who values purpose over grinding for the sake of it.
