This is a look at a lower body training session designed for athletes. We use a combination of plate swings, box jumps, and weighted lunges to build explosive power and muscular endurance.

Our MMA and Kickboxing classes are a full-body workout. We incorporate resistance band drills for explosive movement and shadow boxing for technique, creating a dynamic group training environment.

Our group fitness classes are designed to challenge you. We use a variety of bodyweight exercises and animal flow movements to improve mobility, strength, and core stability.

I do not believe in one-size-fits-all fitness. My approach for adults mixes the grit of martial arts with functional strength work, using everything from kettlebells to animal flow. You are not just here to burn calories; we work on agility, core stability, and explosive power through drills like shadow boxing and pad work. It is honest, hard work, but we track your progress with body composition analysis so you see the numbers change.

  • Personalization: Every month, you get a custom diet roadmap aligned with home-cooked meals, not a generic starvation plan. We track your body composition, including weight and measurements, so we know exactly what is working.

  • Studio Personal Training: Train 1-on-1 at our Lakshmi Complex facility. You get undivided attention and a structured plan.
  • Duo Partner Training: Grab a friend and train together. It is a great way to stay motivated with partner-assisted drills and circuit training.
  • At-Home Training: If you live in Vignan Nagar, Indiranagar, Malleshpalya, or C V Raman Nagar, I come to you with the gear needed for a full session in your living room or society park.
