We design workplaces that work with the environment, not against it. Our approach combines passive cooling, natural light, and climate-responsive planning to create comfortable, energy-efficient offices.

About Commercial & Office Buildings: Sustainable Workplaces

When we designed the ASA office in Bhopal, we didn't fight the site's tendency to flood. Instead, we elevated the building on stilts and turned the ground level into a natural wetland. This simple shift solved the waterlogging issue, helped recharge the local aquifer, and created a cool, shaded gathering space for the team—all without needing energy-intensive pumps or excessive concrete.

Designing a sustainable workplace goes beyond installing solar panels. It starts with how the building relates to the land. Our commercial projects prioritize passive cooling strategies, like using jaali walls for airflow and deep overhangs to block harsh sun, which keeps internal temperatures comfortable without relying entirely on air conditioning.

Energy efficiency is the benchmark of our workplace design. In the ASA project, our integrated passive strategies and LED systems led to a one-third reduction in energy consumption compared to their previous space. We view the workplace as a system that includes water management, material choices, and human comfort. We often use fly ash blocks, terracotta elements, and locally sourced materials to reduce the carbon footprint of construction.

We design for the long term. A sustainable office should be adaptable, well-lit, and connected to the outdoors. When employees work in spaces that breathe and change with the light, it impacts their productivity and well-being. We work closely with our clients to analyze their site, understand their operational needs, and create a building that performs efficiently throughout its entire lifecycle.
