We design workplaces that work with the environment, not against it. Our approach combines passive cooling, natural light, and climate-responsive planning to create comfortable, energy-efficient offices.

About Commercial & Office Buildings: Sustainable Workplaces

When we designed the ASA office in Bhopal, we didn't fight the site's tendency to flood. Instead, we elevated the building on stilts and turned the ground level into a natural wetland. This simple shift solved the waterlogging issue, helped recharge the local aquifer, and created a cool, shaded gathering space for the team—all without needing energy-intensive pumps or excessive concrete.
