About Featured

Whether you are recovering from an injury or looking to deepen your practice, we work at a pace that respects your body. In our sessions, we do not just push for results, we learn to accept where we are. You will find props like yoga wheels and blocks here to support your alignment, but the real work happens in the breath—finding that moment of shanti (peace) even when the hold feels tough.
