Wellness at Work

I partner with companies to create custom wellness programs that help teams de-stress and reconnect. These sessions can range from mindful workplace events and group yoga nidra to poolside yoga flows, all designed to leave your employees feeling grounded and refreshed.

The Workshop Vibe

My workshops are about real people and good energy. Expect a welcoming atmosphere, gentle movement for all bodies, sound healing, and a sense of community, often in beautiful garden settings or serene indoor spaces.

Moon Cycle Practices

I host special sessions for the Full and New Moon to help you tune into the moon's energy. These practices often include Chandra Namaskar (Moon Salutations), journaling for intention setting, and candlelit meditation to create space for new beginnings.

My Personal Practice

For me, wellness is a daily journey, not a performance. This is a peek into my own practice, whether it's a morning flow, finding stillness on the beach, or just moving on my mat at home, often with my furry friends close by.
