About The Workshop Vibe
My workshops are not about holding the perfect pose until you shake. We focus on mobility-based Primal Flow and restorative Yoga Nidra, always paired with a sound bath using Tibetan singing bowls to help you disconnect from the daily grind. Whether you join a Self-Care Sunday or a Moon Cycle session, expect plant-based refreshments, a welcoming community, and space to breathe.
I started these workshops because I wanted to create a space that feels like a reset button. This is not a gym class where you rush in and rush out.
What to Expect
We balance movement with deep rest. You might start with gentle mobility work or Primal Flow, but we always land in a long, guided Yoga Nidra or a sound healing session. I use Tibetan singing bowls to help regulate the nervous system, which is honestly the highlight for many people.
The Vibe
These sessions are about showing up as you are. We host these in beautiful, green spaces like Golden Bead in Ashok Nagar or quiet outdoor garden settings around Bengaluru. It is informal, grounded, and yes, sometimes my cats decide to join for a stretch. We always finish with time to hang out, share some healthy snacks like overnight oats or vegan cookies, and just talk.
Practical Details

- Moon Cycle Practices: Evening sessions focused on intention setting and candlelit flow.

You do not need to be a pro to join. Bring a mat if you have one, or use the ones I provide. Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable, and leave the expectations at the door.
