Why I Love Teaching Martial Arts

I've seen so many people discover their own strength through martial arts. It isn't just about looking tough - it's about feeling strong, inside and out. At Bijal Fitness & Dance Studio, I keep the mood lively with a bit of masti (fun) in every session, but make no mistake, you'll get a full-body fitness boost through martial arts while picking up real skills.

What To Expect in Class

  • We go straight into the essentials - real moves, not just theory.
  • Beginner-friendly martial arts coaching for anyone new, but if you’ve practiced before, I’ll push you further.
  • Self-defense classes for women and men, focusing on practical skills you can use outside the studio.
  • Weapons training is included, mostly with nunchucks. Don’t worry if you’ve never even held one - I break down nunchucks training basics step by step.

More Than Just Exercise

  • Discipline and focus are a big part of what I teach - it’s not only about the body, but the mind too.
  • There’s a clear boost in confidence when you know you can handle yourself.
  • People tell me classes help them feel calmer and more balanced in daily life.

Who Can Join & Where

Anyone is welcome - all ages, all backgrounds. You don’t need to be fit to start. My studio in Rajajinagar is open, bright, with wooden floors and huge mirrors, so you’ll feel right at home from day one.

My Story

Hey, I’m Bijal, and this studio in Rajajinagar is my happy adda (hangout). Dance, fitness, masti - that’s my life. You’ll find me grooving with my students, my friends, and sometimes my mom too! Festivals are a big deal here, especially Garba during Navratri - pure madness. We celebrate everything with full josh (energy) and smiles. Bam Bhole! For me, it’s all about staying healthy, spreading happiness, and having fun together.

Fun Stepper Workouts - No boring moves here - we do stepper workout for tummy, arms, thighs and always end with dance and laughter.

Garba Fever Classes - Special Garba & Dandiya workshops for Navratri. We teach traditional and fusion styles for all levels.
