About Martial Arts Training
Why I Love Teaching Martial Arts
I've seen so many people discover their own strength through martial arts. It isn't just about looking tough - it's about feeling strong, inside and out. At Bijal Fitness & Dance Studio, I keep the mood lively with a bit of masti (fun) in every session, but make no mistake, you'll get a full-body fitness boost through martial arts while picking up real skills.
What To Expect in Class
- We go straight into the essentials - real moves, not just theory.
- Beginner-friendly martial arts coaching for anyone new, but if you’ve practiced before, I’ll push you further.
- Self-defense classes for women and men, focusing on practical skills you can use outside the studio.
- Weapons training is included, mostly with nunchucks. Don’t worry if you’ve never even held one - I break down nunchucks training basics step by step.
More Than Just Exercise
- Discipline and focus are a big part of what I teach - it’s not only about the body, but the mind too.
- There’s a clear boost in confidence when you know you can handle yourself.
- People tell me classes help them feel calmer and more balanced in daily life.
