Kalaripayattu Martial Arts Training in Bengaluru
We bring ancient Kalaripayattu discipline to Horamavu. Build strength, focus, and warrior spirit in our high-intensity, authentic training sessions.
This is where it all begins. The powerful Aaka Vadivu stance is the foundation of Kalaripayattu, building lower body strength, stability, and mental focus. We drill these basics until they become second nature, creating a solid base for all advanced movements.
A glimpse into our group training session. You can see students of all levels practicing Maichuvad, the sequence of body movements that combines stances, jumps, and postures. We train together, push each other, and grow as a unit.
Kalaripayattu is a tradition passed down through generations. Here, we are teaching the basics of Silambam stick rotation, an essential part of our weapons training. This art form builds incredible hand-eye coordination, reflexes, and control.
This is my view as a coach. I lead every session, ensuring each student is pushing their limits while maintaining proper form and discipline. We are building a community of warriors here in Namma Bengaluru, one class at a time.
Synchronicity and discipline in action. We lead by example, demonstrating the focus and power that comes from dedicated Kalaripayattu practice. This is the level of precision we expect and cultivate in all our students.
About Featured
This is not a glossy, air-conditioned studio. We train in a fourth-floor industrial garage with puzzle mats, focusing on the raw intensity of the practice. You will drill Maichuvad stances until your balance is rock solid and your mind is clear. We do not promise comfort, but we promise that you will leave stronger than when you walked in.
Kalaripayattu is widely considered the mother of all martial arts, and we treat it with that level of respect at Bodyforce Fight Club. When you train with us in Horamavu, you are stepping into a lineage that demands focus.
We start with the basics of Maichuvad. Whether it is the horse, elephant, or lion stance, these patterns build the functional strength and control needed for every other movement. If your foundation is weak, your fighting will be weak. We drill these until they become second nature.
Once you have earned your place, we move into weapons training. Silambam stick rotation is not just about swinging bamboo; it is a complex system that sharpens your hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness. You will learn to move fluidly, handle weapons with precision, and react instinctively.
Our facility is simple because our focus is entirely on the training. We are IKF-certified coaches who sweat alongside you on those mats. You will feel the pain, and you will see the results if you stay disciplined. This is for those who want real, ancient warrior training in Bengaluru, not a weekend hobby. If you are ready to work, you are family.
